Donna, I don't have one, would love one but I have seen them in gardens.  
Dwarf in a relative term in the conifer world meaning it has a slow growth.  In 
one of my conifer catalogs they list several varieties of ginko biloba & 
estimated mature size is from < 2' to 6'.  Also, weeping form is listed.
