Re: Signs of fall, such as it is

Color is really beautiful here - almost at it's peak though the maples have 
yet to turn.
It's raining today, which we needed because it has become quite dry again, 
but the
color seems to glow even though the skies are dull.  I'd guess we have about 
week of it.  My youngest brought his wife from Colorado to see fall color - 
as if they
didn't have glorious aspens there - and they have been touring New England 
for the
past two weeks.  He says it has been spectacular.
