Cathy, it is BOTH, it is Euodia AND Evodia - both old names for Tetradiums.
She can look up :


Tetradium daniellii
Tetradium henryii
Euodia danielli
Euodia henryii
Evodia henryii
Evodia hupehensis
Evodia velutina

They are all names for the same plant, but I found most/best info when using
the currently accepted name of Tetradium daniellii.
