Sam applied for his ballot in August and recently got it in time to vote and
get it back postmarked to qualify.  But he is the only one in his platoon
that got his.  Another applied for his in June and never received it.
Totally pisses me off.  If anyone should not be thwarted in their right to
vote it is our soldiers in Iraq.
