Auralie,
I remember the pictures of your sloped back yard, so I figured you'd be
alright.  Still, it sounds like a bit of a nightmare there.
Your neighbor with the flooded basement has only himself to blame.  He cuts
corners and then tries to blame everyone else.

All we had were mists for a couple of days and now it's dry, but the sky has
been overcast since Monday and we don't expect sun again until Sunday.  It
can be very depressing.  Also sort of hard to get motivated.  A cough and
sore throat has ruined my sleep recently so I've been tired and the grey
days don't help.
