Are you referring to Arborvillage? I am not aware that it has been  
sold, but the Plant Delights catalog said Lanny Rawdon is retiring,  
and the Arborvillage website indicates they are winding down the  
business. Lanny himself told me that family health issues (aging  
parents) necessitate he and his wife spend more time on them, and his  
son has other interests than the nursery. I got in a final plant  
order, received 2 days ago. Am now researching alternate sources. He  
will be missed.
