Re: First Frost/knitting

Thanks Pam, I plan to get better.
Zem, you would love ravelry. Any & all side interest groups including animal rescue. If you happen to join ravelry, I'm granjudy there. I haven't looked up any gardening groups there, I'd never get anything else done.
Cyndi, there are a lot of spinning & fiber groups, too.
Jesse, I've read a lot of posts from students who spin & knit as stress relief. It's almost as good as this group for support & helpfulness. Chris L. The couple who put this together did it for fun & are now supported by it & have an employee. It's a very user friendly site with neat features

Get better soon Judy! It's only getting down into the 50's and 60's at
night now, but it sure feels like autumn to us!

Judy, I'm sorry you've been sick. Hope you feel better soon. Thanks for
the website; I both knit and crochet. Our overnight lows are still well
above freezing. Hope I don't get lulled into forgetting to bring in my
tropicals.

 Hi all,
Woke to white crunchy grass on part of the lawn. Hostas are turning yellow & laying flat where they aren't protected. A few more colored leaves every day. We had such a long cool spring, I was hoping for a warm long autumn. Windy & 50ish now at 2pm. I've got some fritillaria & N. 'Geranium' waiting to be planted & I just haven't felt like it. I've had a cold for a week now.
Thought I was getting over it, but my nose is running like crazy again
today.
OT Do any of you knit or crochet? If so, have you discovered ravelry?
www.ravelry.com If I weren't so ill, I'd feel guilty about the amount of
time I'm spending on that site.
