I have not been a morning glory type gardener-- but since many are, a
few dumb questions?

Do they all reseed everywhere like that darn wild one that chokes out
anything in its path?

From seed planting in the soil... how long till they bloom? 

Are they a pain in the butt to clean off the fence/trellis what ever the
following year?
