Re: lemon verbena toner?

It's just lemon verbena (as much as I can cram into the bottle leaving
room for liquid) and pour in the witch hazel. Shake well and it's good
to go. Easy now. And it's wonderful for your skin. And it doesn't dry it
out (according to Elaine) - nothing dries out this oily mug of mine! But
it cuts the oily nicely and is very refreshing too. I even use it on
cuts now too.
