Thought about it - neat idea. I do use those Aqua cones which you attach
a 2-liter soda bottle to and fill it up, takes the water to the roots
and works very well w/ my peppers and miniature roses. You have to pull
them up and unclog the holes w/ a toothpick (dadgum clay) every couple
of months, but that's no big deal...
