Re: lemon verbena toner?

I am glad to told me that part... I love the smell.  I went out and picked
some this morning and washed it.  I am letting it air dry now.  I got my
witch hazel yesterday at Wal-Mart.  Do you leave the leaves in the bottle or
strain it later?
