Donna, driving to KC?  What is your route?  Possibly thru Des Moines? KC is 
usually hotter than we are and we are, by the weatherman headed for another 
heat spell.  This week we have been in 80s and reduced humidity however KC has 
rcd big rains where we have had zip! I would think you would need summer unless 
you are extreamly cold blooded or working in cold AC.
