Donna, we have had our Maytag for a couple of years now and really like it 
better than any other we have had.  The best thing about it is that it is really 
quiet.  Also it does a good job of cleaning, and has a sanitizing feature.  
Others we know - our sons' and friends' are pretty noisy, but the Maytag makes 
so little noise you hardly notice it.  Good luck!       Auralie
