Felt Palm springs hot to me, but could be Texas hot ( I've been there
also ). Summers are also quite dry. Why don't you move to the Northwest?
Cooler and greener, oh and cheaper. If it's tech jobs we do have those also,
other than Bills(Microsoft) little place in Kirkland. He sort of drove the
prices up there, but it's not super expensive out of his neighborhood.
California (except for the extreme north and maybe very hot areas ) is very
population dense.
