Mine is a real cheap one, just a few dollars. I did a quick search and found
several around $7-8, some with a much larger range than mine. I think I bought
mine locally years ago. A soil thermometer is usually used by people who plant
veggies so they don't put their palnts out too soon. don't spend a lot and see
if you can find one locally. It's not something you'll use a lot and not a
real must have for most of us.
