Yes, I lived there. Yes, the twins were born there. But no...I can only recall seeing the "Garden District" which is the upper scale, "rich" part of town. I was so busy with a 2 year old and set of twins that I did not get out much. And when I did get out....I had a double stroller, and child attached to me by a wrist-telephone wire-thingy, a huge diaper bag.....so it was a LOT of effort to get out then. And my ex (husband then) was no help whatsoever. I did it all....all by myself.

Ceres - Jesse used to live in N.O. - She's up to her bangs in work at
the moment, but should have some suggestions I should think. If I
remember correctly, her girls were born there...
Frost? I thought it was bad going down to 58 or so last night. Ugh.
