Your cousin should have gotten a rooster.

Hampton was/is VERY smart and not stinky at all because they kept him
bathed. And the goat was small and very sweet. She had her own dog
house. The neighbors were just snooty Dallas-type folks who moved to the
burbs and did not want to live next to "hillbillies". Pffffftttt.

Yeh...I hear ya...my cousin-in-law couldn't stand it and bought a
potbelly pig one year...named him Hampton. Hampton got big....and the
neighbors complained. He was cool though. Then...they tried a pygmy
goat, which doesn't get much bigger than than a Labrador Retriever (if
they are true pygmy goats) and some of them are even smaller than that.
The same neighbor complained..so we ended up with it.

What a great idea! Wish I could use the goats, although I am fenced in,
property isnt that big. And I really think some of my neighbors just might
think I really went over the deep end.

No worries Marge. I let my goats do that now. It's nummy food for them.
Haven't seen ANY of it on our place since we have goats. Not even down
by the ponds.
