One problem you both have is that you are using Briefcase.  Yahoo split
Photos off from Briefcase quite a while back.  Briefcase is for files, like
documents, text, newsletters, etc.  Go to Yahoo Photos and follow
instructions there.  The main thing you have to remember at Photos is that
the default makes your photo album private (no one can see it) So after you
make an album, you have to click on 'Edit Album Info'. Scroll down to
'Advanced Sharing Settings' > click Edit settings > click Public > Save >
Save Changes.

Yahoo Photos is on the Organize line at www.yahoo.com
Addresses, Briefcase, Calendar, My Yahoo!, PayDirect, Photos
Skip briefcase and go to Photos.
