Thanks Wendy. As to humidity, I would think the problem would be more
likely in winter. Humidity right now is 80% which makes things swell. The
laundry room door sticks now. The cupboard doors beneath the sink that were
barely touching before now need to be closed just-so or they slightly
overlap. So why would this panel door fall out if it were swollen? In
winter my house used to go down to the 20% range of RH, but when I got the
new furnace last summer I included an April Air humidifier add-on. I keep
the house at about 50% RH in winter. And boy, did my sinuses thank me for
it! No sinus problems last year at all.
