Are you sure you want to be in the same town as all those Conchs?  I  do know 
the Monroe hurricane shelter is somewhere in North Miami, which I always  
thought was a joke.  At least the Monroe County is rated for a category 5  storm 
so I doubt the prisoners will be evacuated.  Heard the hospital  patients were 
evacuated to Alabama.  You all can always come to Fayette  County Tennessee 
for a real culture shock.
