Maybe. Don't know. They had some sort of screening, as I recall, but it didn't have anything to do with the line of wannabes at the door.

completely free. Even the big binder full of materials was free. At
graduation, they gave us each a hat, two aprons, name badge, and
diploma. And then they threw a bar-be-que party for us.
