We've been on the limited quantity of Sudaphed thing for a while here- since the central valley in CA is Meth-lab central. I'd also like to strangle all of them. The kids in those houses are poisoned by the emmense amount of toxins created in cooking up meth, and the left over junk is dumped in field and is considered haz-mat and requires environmental cleanup.
