Godi,
Glad you got it sorted out. Boltonia is in the Aster family so it's to
be expected that some of these cousins might look very much alike. I
would suppose they have similar, if not identical, cultural
requirements, so it may not be so very important to know the botanical
name. Still I like to know exactly what I have so that when I give it to
someone I'm confident it is properly identified. You'll probably be
dividing your Wood Aster in a few years and will be ready to share.
