Do take care of yourself, Pam.  Sinus infections can be nasty.  It's a
homely old remedy, but snuffing warm salt water into your nose can
be helpful.  This remedy was prescribed by a physician - not  just my
idea.  I know it doesn't sound pleasant, but then the ailment is not
pleasant either.
