That helps; you can definitely call it a Dendrobium, more than likely
a hybrid, though I've never seen a Dend. quite like it, with the large
single flower of that (or any other) color. Does the pedicel come out
the top of the pseudobulb, or from the leaf axil ?

From what I could see in the nice close-up of the flower, looks like
it might be a Dendrobium. Perhaps at your convenience you could also
send a shot or two of the pseudobulbs, leaves and pedicel ?
