Dear David-
It would seem that Jim has become so very high in demand that he now must approve of you, in order for mail to go through. Kind of like waiting in line to get into Studio 54 years ago. Maybe you need to wear a snazzier outfit, or hold the promise of some illicit activity to get with the "in crowd"??
