We were outside of Pinedale. Up near the Winds. We fished the Green River and it starts in the Winds. Beautiful place really and lots of wildlife. We didn't see any goldens. I did almost catch the slam though, brooky, brown, rainbow and a cutbow on the same day.

Libby, you can see the lodge we stayed at? It's interesting that it is a stop over for their idirod sled race. Apparently it is a very big event and televised by ESPN. I didn't know they did that in the lower 48 but this one has been going on for many years and includes some of the same folk who do it in Alaska.

Where in Wyoming did you go fishing? We have spent a lot of weeks
backpacking in the Wind Rivers, but not for a few years now, and your
photos were vivid reminders. Lovely, and looks like you had a grand
