Re: ornamental grass

We used it at the nursery, but I can't find a cultivar name. It still grew to 1-2 feet tall. It was a nice alternative to evergreen giant or Aztec grass liriope for massing in areas.

Well, I have a dwarf version - it's dwarfed by Zone 5. Last year it bloomed a little in the winter after I dug and potted it. I replanted it this spring, but it doesn't look that great so I guess I'll get rid of it. I always loved the pictures but it just isn't happy here.

Anybody know if there is dwarf version of

 Muhlenbergia capillaris?

I love this grass, but it gets so huge here!

P.S. Can you tell I spent the day in the garden, re-arranged some
plant, yanked others out all together. I have the plant shopping bug
bad now!
