You might contact Shady Oaks and ask which of their customers might have it. SO sells it wholesale and still has it in stock.

Any of you hosta people know of a source for Hosta 'Manhattan'? I saw
one at the Dubuque Botanic Garden and fell head over heels in love.
So far, all the sites I've visited on the net are "sold out". Have
never fallen for a green hosta before...
