I'm afraid that I don't do anything, either. I guess I've been lucky in that I really don't have any real pests in my yard. I just try to make sure I leave the daddy longlegs in the yard, but I don't try very hard. Didn't we just mention washing them when we discussed this subject earlier?

a friend asked me what to do when bringing plants into the house for winter. She asked, "could you recommended something to use on the outdoor plants (before they're brought in the house) to kill any bugs or eggs in the dirt?"
I know we've discussed this b4, but can't recall what to use. I am shamefully neglectful on this issue, usually forgetting to treat the plants b4 bringing in.
