How sad.  I do hope Dreyfuss recovers from all of this.  Poor baby, kidney
stones are no fun- especially on top of everything else that has happened.

Dreyfuss has
been moping since he realized that Buddy wasn't coming back. Late

started peeing on the couch in his sleep, and generally not being
very bright.
Took him to the vet this AM. Severe bladder infection, bad kidney
report (BUN
and creatinine - not unexpected given the poisoned pet food, but
distressing
because after this long there should have been improvement.). The
vet also
called back later to say that he'd reviewed the X-rays and found
(fortunately
small) stones). When will it end?
