loquat again

So, Capital nursery has the following loquat varieties-
In terms of flavor does anyone have suggestions from the list below?
'Big Jim
Champagne
Gold Nugget
MacBeth
I have figured out where I'm going to plant it, and in fact have plans
to dig out a couple of other ornamentals so that I can plant a pluot and
plum too. I was thinking about the nectaplum- but worried about
maintenance (the whole spraying for peach leaf curl thing : ( doesn't
really excite me). Apparently plums are more self sufficient here.
Going to go check out a couple more nurseries tomorrow to see what
they've got....

Oh- PS I did move my huge agave last weekend. It seems to be doing fine.
God was it ever heavy!!! That thing must hold about 20 gallons of water
in it's leaves.
And today I moved my spice bush into the back garden (dug out some kind
of small cypress that never has done very well and now was brown on all
the tips).
