We need to cross them with limas; they produce a chemical to lure beneficials to come eat the aphids.

My milkweed are still being attacked by aphids. The ants are farming them. I 
have to hose them every day now. GGGGRRRRRRRRR! They killed 3 of my smaller 
plants but the big orange and yellow is OK as long as I hose it. So far, 
they are leaving the white/pink alone, but those are also not blooming.

They look like a milkweed. I have the white 4 o'clocks under Natchez 
Crepe Myrtle. I love the white in summer, makes things seem cooler. I 
leave a lot of plants that are past their best for the birds. Doves have 
really moved in.

Bonnie-what seeds? I forget what I send people. LOL! I actually have white, 
pink, and yellow four o'clocks. They smell divine. I walk out on my back 
porch and there they are. One of my plants is probably four feet tall and 
wide. The hummingbird moths are all over it. I get dive bombed if I'm out 
there at the right time. Someone tried to tell me it was a night blooming 
jasmine. I just ignored them.
