I'm reviewing the book Two Gardeners: A Friendship in Letters: Katharine S. 
White and Elizabeth Lawrence, edited by Emily Herring Wilson. Beacon Press, 
Boston, 2002.

And noting other such books. On the list so far are:

1. The 3,000 Mile Garden: An Exchange of Letters on Gardening, Food, and the 
Good Life. (Roger Phillips and Leslie Land). 1996. 

2. Between Gardens: Observations on Gardening, Friendship and Disability: 
Carol Graham Chudley and Dorothy Field. Polestar Books, Canada, 1999.

3. Dear Friend and Gardener: Letters on Life and Gardening (Beth Chatto and 
Christopher Lloyd). 1998. 

4. A Year in Our Gardens: Letters by Nancy Goodwin and Allen Lacy. 2001.

Can anyone suggest others to add to the list?
