Psychic Needed

It has been my pleasure to help many of you sort out your subscription
problems in the last few days.  However, about 20 percent of listserv
members use a yahoo.com or hotmail.com account to receive their GWL mail.
You need to tell me this, instead of sending me email asking to be deleted,
switched to digest or whatever, while using another email address that is
not the same as the one you use to subscribe.

Case in point--a person asked to switched to Digest. She did not give an
email address to facilitate this--most of you have not.  But, I usually hit
the Reply button and harvest the email address, and I acknowledge the change
at the same time.  In this case, the email address was not on the
subscribers list.  I have no idea who this person really is.  That means I
had to follow up with another email asking for the pertinent address.  I'm
still waiting for a reply, and the person who wanted to be switched to
Digest is probably fuming because she is still getting individual messages.

I am not a psychic.  I need your help.  PLEASE include your subscribing
email address with all requests.  I'll be happy to take care of your needs
immediately.
