Hi Lon,

   Just to clarify, the matter hasn't actually been settled in court
   yet.  Several individuals did settle out of court to avoid the hassle
   and legal costs.

   So there hasn't been a legal precedent yet, but it proves that you 
   still have to watch what you say or, right or wrong, you might be
   in for more than you bargained.
