While we all speak and read "English", that doesn't mean we all speak the
same language.  Words can have subtle, and not so subtle variations in
meaning in different countries, even in different regions.  So when you see
something that seems inflammatory to you, here or on any list, stop and
consider that it very likely was NOT meant to be that by the writer.
    In short, remember, they are just words on a screen and not worth
starting a fight over.  If you just CAN'T let it pass, though, TAKE IT OFF
LIST.  There's no need to spread anger in the list.
