how much to charge?

I'm working on a consulting job with a landscape contractor at a home under construction. The buyer is on his third landscaper and fifth interior designer (which should tell us something)...no one seems to be listening to what he wants.

I'm supposed to look at the most recent landscape architect's plan and evaluate the plant selections and placement in light of what the owner wants.

My quandry is how much to charge. I haven't done a job like this before...The home is about $1.2 million and the landscape job is $60,000 minimum.

Any suggestions. Thanks.
