I see stuff like this all the time - let's use your website as an
"advertiser"  - let's use your email as a "speaker's bureau", "great
gardening resource" etc etc.  One tip is the email address isn't from an
established business url - its from a generic isp.  What you've received is
(by any other name) spam.  You and the other 5 million recipients will all
get exclusive rights to promotion *after* you've paid your upfront fees.

But if you're really interested in promoting your historic or gardening
tours, I understand John F has a friend in the tour business - some former
editor named Ima Masp who's right into this kind of thing and by all her
personal accounts - quite good at it.
