Re: The Land Institute
About 20 years ago the Atlantic did a cover story on Wes Jackson and
the Land Institute. I once heard him speak in Chicago and both he and
his message were captivating. At the time he was working with a trio
of prairie plants--a grass, a legume and....forget... to try to
develop agriculture based on perennials instead of annuals. Sounds as
though he's moved on from that. A real visionary.
