Fran,

$240 for 8 segments, they may as well pay nothing for all the time and effort you'll have to put in for each 1 hour segment.  And no mention of reimbursement for materials or travel....even if it isn;t a scam, drop it like a hot potato!

The only way it might be worth it, is if it was totally scripted and you just had to learn the script, but even then.....

Has anyone else received this information? What do you think of it? A real
deal or a scam?

Equilibrio Films LLC, an independent film company located in Montague, MA,
is looking for experts and enthusiasts who can work with us on instructional
how-to videos about landscaping and design. Previous on camera experience is
not required but we do need people who can speak clearly and directly to a
camera. Compensation for this project is $240 for 8 segments. Each segment
usually takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour. There are no scripts; you have
complete creative control over the content of these videos. Our shooting
schedule is very flexible; we can shoot any day of the week and our crews
can travel to locations all over New England. We are particularly looking
for people who can commit to a full day shoot, but we can also shoot two
half days if you are relatively close. We are looking for as many new faces
as possible so if you or anyone you know would like more information please
