Re: another scotts link


As far as i can tell they are a new formulation of stuff they have used,  but 
no one will confirm that. The problem is that they still have to register  
the product, prove that it is safe and pass it by epa. They didn't. Then they  
compounded the error by putting false epa registration numbers on the packets.  
In the statement they mention an ex-employee who 'circumvented' their policy, 
 but my guess is that the false numbers are the real legal issue.
The epa are updating the news with a few added titbits on Monday.
