This Englishwoman had to look up the term hose bib before she could  
find out what a classic English bib looks like - I guess you mean an  
old-fashioned outdoor brass tap like the ones that came with my old- 
fashioned house and yard. Most plumbers here would pick them up as  
scrap quite frequently and every salvage yard has them - but brass,  
not bronze - never seen old bronze ones here in Ireland or back home.

There's a nice one on Ebay UK at the moment
