eBook Numbers and Prices

Did anyone see Doug Green's Quill and Trowel article on ebooks and pricing? 
He says Sheri Ann Richerson is doing a great job getting attention and sales 
for her very low priced Kindle ebooks. Lowering the prices brought ratings, 
attention, and sales. Go, Sheri!!!!!

After reading Doug's article today I experimentally lowered the price on two 
of my Kindle ebooks, one that almost never sells and one that sells some but 
deserves more. Time will tell whether it makes a difference.

Also, I learned by searching that www.Blurb.com offers a low cost way to 
turn an existing book into an ebook for iPad, illustrations and all. It also 
offers book creation assistance. As I understand it you create and publish 
on paper at least one copy of your book on Blurb and then you have the 
option of making it available for sale for iPad and other Apple hardware.
