I know less than nothing about the various softwares, but BookBaby
http://www.bookbaby.com/pricing2 just came across my desk yesterday.
Haven't had time to check it out, but you can buy the services you need a
la carte, and they will convert your book from Word, Pages, Rich Text,
HTML, or PDF into ePub or Kindle formats.
