RE: [GWL]: managing the mess
i was gratified to find so many kindred spirits also buried under piles of
paper, press kits, catalogs and slide files.
not that i practice what i preach, but someone told me it was necessary to
"go through" the file drawers every month. otherwise, you forget where things
are and filing becomes a way of losing things forever. for example, did i
file those wonderful slides of coleus i took 3 months ago under Foliage,
Coleus, Tropical, or the name of the guy whose garden i found them in? i
spend a lot of time looking and worrying. carolyn ulrich
