[GWL]: Hearst Publications Contributor Agreement

Hello. Has anyone had personal experience dealing with
Hearst Publications? I just received their standard
contributor agreement and it seems to me they are
asking for a lot of rights while paying for one time
use. It reads '...Hearst shall also have the
non-exclusive right, for no additional consideration,
to include the work in all print issues of the issue
of Country Living Gardener special editions and
special issues.' Does this mean they could use the
work (an image) in a book without further
compensation?

They also are asking for electronic rights, but only
with other materials from the issue in which it
appears and provided the work is presented as having
been published in the magazine. Is this standard?

Any advice you could provide is most appreciated.
