You can also sell things like Lon's old magazines on eBay and charge for
shipping. As a publisher, I have a small number of books that have printing
defects such as ink blots or scratches on the cover. There have been a few
of the trough books that were bound with the color picture insert upside
down. I sell them individually on eBay, explaining the defect, with
surprisingly good results, and it beats throwing them away.
