An excellent source for anyone cataloging and filing slides is The Slide
Scribe,

They list a number of programs for various purposes, but feature Slide
Manager for Windows and Quick Stock for the Mac. Both include database
features and label printing for slide labels and captions. I don't use
either, but I need something for slide labeling on my Mac. I use Portfolio
4.0 for digital image cataloging, but that only helps for photos that have
been scanned or shot digitally -- many of mine have not been scanned.
Does anyone else recommend something good for use on the Mac?
