Sorry to be so long to reply: I've been out of town and am catching up on 10 
days worth of email.  My husband adapted the FileMakerPro program to meet my 
specific needs.  Data categories he included for me are: photo number, date 
photo taken (month and year), disposition of photo (where and when it was 
sent), accents (benches, fountains, ponds, statues, walls, etc.), design 
features (symmetry, borrowed view, etc.), location, plant type (annual, 
perennial, bog plant, tree, shrub, vegetable, etc. - I can add what I like), 
common and Latin name.  I would like him to add a category called sales 
history so I can see at a glance where and how often any one picture sold.  I 
use a Nikon SF-200 scanner to scan and import the photographs into the data 
base.  I label my slides with labels printed with my Smart Label Printer PRO 
printer made by Seiko Instruments.  The labels are designed to fit on a 35 mm 
slide mount.
